DELIVERY TIMES We deliver to all UK mainland address. Deliveries will arrive between 9am and 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer click and collect.
Once you've placed an order, we'll send you an Order Confirmation email as well an email to let you know when we've dispatched your order.

RETURNS
Simply email our customer service team (bnnsthebrandhelp@outlook.com) our team will be back in contact with you 24 hours of you reaching out to us.
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are in original resalable condition. Once returned, you will be entitled to receive a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.
Refunds will take 10-15 business days to be credited to your original payment method.
